The Paradise Cove Luau is a quintessential Hawaiian evening experience held on the warm sands at Ko‘olina. After hotel pick-up, guests arrive to a shell lei greeting and a Mai Tai welcome drink. Engage in traditional Hawaiian games, crafts, and a Hukilau (traditional net fishing) before sunset.  As twilight falls, witness the Imu Ceremony, where a kalua pig and other people’s dishes are unearthed from an underground oven. Then enjoy a generous buffet featuring island favorites—Kālua pork, poi, fresh fish, pineapple, haupia, and more. After dinner, sit back for a high-energy show of dances and music from Hawaiʻi and other Polynesian islands. The beachfront setting, beachside ambiance, and cultural storytelling make it a memorable night
