Set along historic Kamakahonu Bay, once home to King Kamehameha the Great, the evening begins with a warm Hawaiian welcome and the dramatic procession of the Royal Court, complete with a Conch Herald and Chanter. Guests are invited to learn the hula, hear traditional mo‘olelo (stories), and explore the meaning of ‘ohana while immersed in local traditions. The all-you-can-eat buffet features kalua pork roasted in an imu (underground oven), fresh island fish, chicken, and seasonal produce, paired with desserts and an open bar serving cocktails, wine, beer, and juices.
